Watch the stars appear overhead, then crawl inside your tent to the warmth of the woodstove and some of the comfiest beds around. (And not just because we’re in the woods.)

Wake up for campfire coffee. Grab a breakfast burrito from the Base Lodge, then hit the trail. Spend the day chasing waterfalls. Pull over every time Lake Superior catches your eye. Buy the ice cream. Take the scenic route. Forget what time it is.

It’s your day.

When you’re ready to unwind, head back to the campground. Grab a couple of drinks from the Base Lodge Bar and relax on the deck overlooking Lake Superior. Want even more lake time? Wander across the road to our sister property, Cove Point Lodge, for dinner, another drink, or simply to enjoy the view.

Any closer to the water, and you’d be in it.

Still up for one more adventure? Take a swim in the pool, soak in the hot tub, or warm up in the sauna before heading back to camp.
