Less Crowd. More Camp. Bring Your Crew!
Group plans always sound easy…until they’re not!
“Let’s all grab a drink.”
“Where?”
“Somewhere not too busy.”
“Wait, they don’t take reservations.”
Next thing you know, you’re packed into a loud brewery, or crowded in a corner in a coffee shop, half the group can’t hear each other, and someone leaves early because it just feels like…more work.
Up on the North Shore…there’s a better way.
At North Shore Camping Co., we handle the hard part so you can focus on your people.
You show up, and it’s already ready:
- Tents set
- Beds made
- Firepits waiting
- Lanterns ready.
Just start hanging out.

Pick-Your-Gear Camp Kitchen
You don’t have to overthink this—or overpack.
Before your stay, you’ll choose the camp kitchen setup that works for your group. Plates, pans, coffee gear, cooking tools—you pick what you’ll use and skip what you won’t.
When you arrive, everything is delivered to your site along with your bags.
Less packing. Less cleanup. More time together.

While you’re cracking open a drink or getting the fire going, everyone settles in fast.
No splitting up. No waiting on a table. No trying to hear each other over a crowd.
Got more than one site? Pick one. Bring over your portable porch chairs. Hang out.
- One site
- One fire
- Your people

It’s the kind of hang you don’t get enough of.
- Time to actually catch up
- Space to spread out
- No noise, no rush, no closing time
- Stay up late, wake up slow, repeat

North Shore Camping Co. guests get full access to Cove Point Lodge:
- Indoor pool + hot tub + sauna
- Easy Lake Superior access
- Beach time, rocks, and shoreline wandering
- Grab a bite at Crossings Bar & Grill or breakfast or dinner lakeside in the Lodge dining room

- Campfire cookery (you order it, grill it, eat it)
- Pizza parties delivered right to your site
If your group wants to get out and explore:
- Bike the paved Gitchi-Gami Trail (rent our E-Bikes).
- Walk to Beaver Bay for a drink, gift shopping, ice cream, or a stop at the Rock Shop
- Check out Tettegouche State Park and the Baptism River
- Hike the Superior Hiking trail – or chase a waterfall or two. There’s a ton to do!

This Is the Good Stuff
Fire on. Drinks open. Someone’s cooking. Someone’s telling a story. Someone’s laughing too loud.
No rush. No schedule.
No one heading out early. (Unless they’re ready to relax- our beds are really comfy…)
