We are! Today is going to be a beautiful day for a meander along the Superior Hiking Trail – accessible directly from our property.

Beaver River Falls Superior hiking trail

The Superior Hiking Trail 310 miles long, and traverses the ridgeline above Lake Superior from Duluth to the Canadian border. It also allows access to inland forests, lakes, rivers, streams and ponds. Those who explore the trail are able to get up close and personal with the way that water has shaped our landscape, carving channels through our ancient volcanic rock.

Cove Point Spur trail

Along the trail, you will find day hikers, thru hikers, backpackers, and trail runners of the human sort. The views are numerous, and there are a variety of hikes for trail users of all levels. The Superior Hiking Trail is dog friendly for properly leashed pets, and has back country camp sites for deep forest immersion.
